MCHHS raises money for Local Food Pantry

The Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems annual Food Drive was held for one week in March to provide support for the Mitchell County Food Pantry. This year, a St. Patrick’s Day theme was used allowing six teams to compete against each other, raising money for a chance to win a pizza party.

Solomon Valley Hospice receives donation

Solomon Valley Hospice received a donation of handmade fleece blankets for their patients from students at Pike Valley Jr/Sr High School. Katie Carlgren, FFA Advisor at Pike Valley Schools, contacted Solomon Valley Hospice regarding various community service projects they were interested in doing.

MCHHS makes wireless EKG / ECG capital purchase

Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems continues to improve resources and invest in advanced equipment to improve the quality of care for our patients. A capital purchase was approved by the Board of Trustees to invest in a wireless EKG / ECG machine.

LandMark Implement was recognized by John Deere as a top performing dealer in the nation and selected for their 2023 Leaders Club. The Leaders Club recognition event took place mid-February at the Ritz-Carlton Aruba.
